The best cooks are the ones that determine tips on how to take advantage of each task or experience. Learn to learn, understand and apply recipes, execute cooking methods, and apply protected cooking temperatures. Students will start to be taught principles of food handling safety in preparation to take the ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Certification exam. This course is the primary of six courses within the FoodWorks Basic Culinary program.
