The Culinary Arts A.A.S. program prepares college students to be confident, competent, kitchen, and career-ready professionals. There’s a principle that states “the time required to complete a given activity will increase or contract to fill the time allotted for that task,” and usually I discover it holds true. But to face out in a kitchen filled with keen younger cooks, there’s no such factor as “sufficient”—you have to do more than anybody else around you.
