The Louisiana Culinary Institute’s AOS in Culinary Arts is comprised of 35 courses that college students full in 4 semesters of intensive research. The school’s applications take place in an extensive, 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility that features spacious school rooms, trendy demonstration labs, and a full-service restaurant kitchen.
